On how many servers can I use Premium?
Premium is linked to your Discord account and works on every server you administrate. Other admins without Premium will not get the perks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal. Yearly plans are charged once and save 20 percent.
Can I move Premium to another Discord account?
Yes. Contact us and we will move the subscription to the account you name.
Can I get a refund?
In certain circumstances, yes. Our refund policy is part of the Terms of Service.
I bought Premium on Patreon, how do I activate it?
