What does Premium add?
Messages, threads and forum posts are saved and restored with the server, up to 250 messages per channel, along with bans, nicknames and role assignments. It also raises the limits, to 250 stored backups and up to 8 automatic backups per server, and it unlocks sync and chatlogs. Plans start at $5.99 a month.
What does "messages per channel" mean?
It is counted per channel, not across the server. A plan that saves 250 messages per channel saves the most recent 250 in every channel it backs up, so a server with forty channels keeps ten thousand messages in one backup. Older messages are the ones dropped; a chatlog is what goes further back in a single channel.
On how many servers can I use Premium?
Premium is linked to your Discord account and works on every server you administrate. Other admins without Premium will not get the perks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal. Yearly plans are charged once and save 20 percent.
Can I move Premium to another Discord account?
Yes. Contact us and we will move the subscription to the account you name.
Can I get a refund?
We refund a first payment asked for on the same day, a monthly renewal within three days and a yearly one within seven. On top of that, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have 14 days to withdraw from a first payment, less the part of the billing period already used. Cancel before the renewal date and the question does not come up.
